Biography:
Tobi Dahmen is born in Frankfurt am Main, and has squandered most of his youth in Wesel / Germany. in Dusseldorf, he studied visual communication, and completed her graduate degree with an illustrated book about Jack Kerouac and the jazz world.
He is a founding member of the Düsseldorf comic anthology "Mr. Cream ', which won the 2005 ICOM Award for Best Fanzine.
After his first novel 'Scoot Riders' was published in 2007 his band 'forbidden area' with autobiographical stories collected in the Black Tower Publishing, for which he received the ICOM Award 2007 for Best Short Comic "Realistic". lives since April 2008 and he works in the Dutch city of Utrecht as an illustrator and comic artist, along with his wife, his daughter and stepson and stepdaughter.
